On behalf of BSI Learning I would be delighted to invite you to a lunch with Norman Chorn, who will present a very different way to develop human potential and increase your companies capability.
Our focus on developing and empowering high-potential individuals as a means of creating value in organisations is under threat as organisational complexity increases. Increasing complexity requires a very different way to develop human potential and to increase the capability of the enterprise.
Norman discusses this complexity and its impact on talent management, and then offer some guidelines on how organisational capability can be enhanced in these changing times.
